You’re probably very familiar with the term “CBD” – which is actually short for Cannabidiol. CBD itself is a single compound found within the Hemp plant.
When someone refers to CBD – they are often referring to a hemp extract, not the actual compound Cannabidiol. It’s important to understand the difference.
Cannabidiol or CBD – is a single compound found in the Hemp plant. Often products are being sold and labeled as “CBD Oil” – when in fact this may be incorrect. Some extracts from the hemp plant do contain a pure CBD Isolate, some contain a Full Spectrum of compounds and others a Broad Spectrum of compounds.
This matters because some of the Full Spectrum and Broad Spectrum extracts contain a very small amount of CBD – sometimes less than 10% of the oil being sold contains the actual Cannabidiol, or CBD compound.
